A flat tire or two landed me a Flow Acura by chance but now I'm a frequent customer opting to choose them over their competitors. I've had the pleasure of getting service advisor Kelly on multiple occasions and he is professional and courteous. I never once felt I was being sold into a service or repair I did not need. I had to schedule an appointment recently and needed to talk specifics to someone that I could not do online, and it was another great experience. I told them what I needed done and that I would need a loaner vehicle, and while they put me on hold to check availability of a loaner to schedule me, they also checked on the availability of the parts I needed. The Flow team knows how to do things the right way!

CSR met me by name. I booked appointment on line so I explained my service request. CSR estimated the time I would wait. In course of the work, the crew found and recommended an additional service that I totally agreed with. Again estimated wait time. Finished just ahead of time expectation with a reasonable cost and a washed car. I drove away a happy camper.
